My name is Tracy and I was born and raised in the great city of San Antonio, Texas. San Antonio has been the place I have always called home. I have visited other states and cities but San Antonio is where my heart will always be. I am a proud Marine mom OoRAH, basketball mom and a grandmother to a beautiful baby boy.  

 

I work full-time at a local emergency center as well as attend school full-time at the University of Texas at San Antonio. I always knew I was called to help others but never truly found my calling until three years ago. Sociology is my major and my goal is to help change and improve the lives of those I come into contact with. As a Latina, I have faced some misfortunes but being a woman of color has also brought forth many opportunities and for those I am thankful. 

 

I have created this blog to share my life experiences with you all. Perhaps some of you may be able to relate to my crazy, beautiful life or maybe not. Either way, this blog will serve as an opportunity for me to reflect on my blessings.
